I stayed here for three nights and loved how close it was to Andy Brown Park East, where I enjoyed tranquil walks surrounded by nature, and the Medical Center of Lewisville Grand Theater was just a short drive away for a fun night out, making this place perfect for city strolls and exploring local landmarks.

The stay was very pleasant, with clean and spacious rooms equipped with all necessary amenities including a coffee maker and refrigerator. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a variety of freshly prepared items that exceeded my expectations. The staff was notably hospitable and attentive, helping me feel at home during my visit. The hotel's location provided easy access to local business spots.

Spacious and Clean with Friendly Staff!

I had a great stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was impeccably clean and offered secure parking. The breakfast was good, particularly the excellent coffee and attentive food staff who kept everything well-stocked. The only downside was that I would have liked a few more towels in the room upon arrival.

We had a fantastic stay in the Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed! The kids loved the swimming pool and we appreciated the comfy pillowtop beds during our four-night visit. The staff was always friendly, making breakfast time enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more options on the children's menu.

Incredibly friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

Dining was a delight with fresh breakfasts that hit the spot, especially those Texas-shaped waffles! The staff was super friendly, making me feel right at home. Plus, the pool was a perfect retreat after indulging in local eats!

If I could change one thing, I'd wish for more towels in the room. having them ready would’ve been a nice touch.

The bed in the King Suite left much to be desired—it felt hard and lumpy, making it tough to get a good night’s sleep. Plus, there’s a discrepancy between the online photos and reality. the rooms could use a makeover to match the bright, fresh look highlighted in those online images. What seemed like a vibrant ambiance in the photos turned out to be more of a traditional, somewhat dingy yellow vibe in person. It also would’ve been helpful to have more towels available in the room instead of needing to request them.

Super friendly staff!

Had a lovely stay for 3 nights. The staff were so nice, especially Angela and Yesenia. Breakfast was a real treat with plenty of choices. Rooms were clean, but the hallway could use a bit of a freshen-up. Loved the pool and gym too! Definitely a great vibe overall.

Checked into my King Suite for four nights. The suite was spacious, with a comfortable layout that worked well for my family. The staff greeted me warmly. They were always available to help. Cleanliness stood out, and I noticed staff cleaning frequently. The breakfast options were decent, especially enjoyed the coffee and it was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. However, there was a musty smell in the room that made it less welcoming. The air conditioning couldn’t keep up, and it felt a bit stuffy at times. I had to listen to street noise at night because I opened the window for some fresh air. The area is convenient, close to shopping and dining. Parking was easy, too. Overall, it has potential with some improvements to the HVAC system and better attention to odor control.

Solo traveler’s hidden gem

The breakfast was surprisingly good like I was on a cruise and the staff treated me like family they were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my requests.

It wasn't inexpensive but it was still worth it.
